MPI Datatypes Optimisations over NewMadeleine

Optimisations for MPI datatypes have been implemented in MPICH-Madeleine. Details are available here or in the INRIA research report RT-0306. We present here the performances of these optimisations implemented directly on top of NewMadeleine.
